Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Kalyvix offers free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Processing Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 7:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday will be processed according to our standard handling times.

Orders placed:

  • After the cut-off time
  • On weekends
  • On U.K. public holidays

will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days.

Handling includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
Processing takes place Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and U.K. public holidays.

Transit Time & Delivery

Once shipped, orders are estimated to arrive within 5 to 16 business days.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, depending on the courier and destination.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time

  • Handling: 2–5 business days
  • Transit: 5–16 business days
  • Total: 7–21 business days
