This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Kalyvix and is intended for customers located in the United Kingdom. We aim to provide high-quality ceramic dinnerware along with a clear and fair return process.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories
- Items must not show signs of use, damage after delivery, or improper handling
Return requests must be submitted within 20 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability.
Please contact our support team to request an exchange before returning your item.
Return Process
All returns are handled by mail.
To initiate a return:

- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Use the provided return label (if applicable)
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
We offer free return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
For non-defective returns (e.g. change of mind), return shipping may be covered or arranged by us at our discretion. Details will be provided during the return approval process.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and processed in GBP (£).
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 15 business days
- A confirmation email will be sent once completed
If your original payment was made in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional fees. These are outside our control.
